accept secure payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express via PayPal in U.S. dollars, or if you would
prefer, contact SalvationSacks by email or at 858.581.0988 to
place a credit card order via telephone, or arrange for a payment
via fax or mail.
shipping, handling and tax:
for a limited time, in order to give your wallet some salvation,
all shipping, handling and any applicable sales tax charges
within the U.S. are included in each SalvationSacks order -
what a deal! our shipping meathod is via U.S.
priority mail. many bags are available for immediate delivery
within 3-5 working days from your order. some bags may not be
complete and could take up to 2 weeks for delivery. please contact
us if you would prefer to arrange for expedited shipping, which
will be charged accordingly.
one-of-a-kind:
each SalvationSack is unique, cannot be duplicated, and can
only be purchased in a single quantity. in the rare event that
2 people place orders for the same one-of-a-kind bag at about
the same time --prior to the bag's prompt deletion from our
inventory database-- the first purchaser's order will be honored.
the second purchaser will be contacted right away and get a
full refund if credit card payment was processed by PayPal.
privacy:
SalvationSacks respects your privacy and will NEVER share your
info with anyone. when you join the SalvationSacks
club, you will receive occasional emails to keep you up
to date with the latest creations, current members only super
savings coupons, and giveaways. if you decide at anytime you
want to leave the club, there will be an instant unsubscribe
option available to you in every email.
exchange:
if, for some unlikely reason, you are not completely ecstatic
about your chosen SalvationSack, you can exchange it for another
one of equal value. sorry, SalvationSacks does not provide payment
returns on any orders—all sales are final. if you decide
to exchange your SalvationSack, please contact us right away
since the bag must not be used and returned for exchange within
7 days of purchase. exchange shipping fees cannot be reimbursed.
bag care:
designed and sewn to be durable, SalvationSacks are still made
of delicate vintage and recycled materials. SalvationSacks recommends
using a protective spray, such as ScotchGuard for fabric bags
or a universal protective spray for bags with both fabric and
leather. inadvertently stained bags can be spot-cleaned with
mild detergent without water damage to the inside structure.
when opening a SalvationSack with a magnetized flap, please
avoid pulling directly on the vintage adornment.
